Unprocessed Application: A full refund (minus RM10-RM20 administration charge) is available if you cancel your order before we start the registration process on the CIDB portal.
Applications in Progress/Processed: No refund will be given if the application has been sent to the CIDB system or has been approved.
Application Rejected: Sekiranya permohonan ditolak oleh pihak CIDB, pemulangan penuh akan diberikan kecuali caj pemprosesan RM5.
Claim Method: Any return claim must be made via WhatsApp or our official email with proof of payment.
